What are the best growing taller exercises? You probably know about all the exercises for growing taller and the diets and the things you can buy to put inches on your height. The best way to gain inches is by a combination of eating and exercising correctly.

If you have to pick one exercise it would have to be swimming. It not only forces your body to release a large amounts of HGH which is needed for you to grow, but it also exercises every muscle in your body and strengthens your back. After spending all day sitting in a car or at a desk the best therapy for your back and to become taller is to swim.

There many people who do not have the time to go to the gym, or to use a swimming pool, or they just do not like it. There are other exercises you can use though to gain height.

It is just a matter of exercising and stretching correctly for 15 minutes a day and eating properly.

There are many programs out there that claim to show you these exercises. Some just make things up. Few do work. By picking the right program you will correct your posture and become taller.
